Please read the information below carefully before booking:

You can only enter with a pre-purchased ticket only.

  • When you buy and confirm your Ticket, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
  • You are advised not to visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • You have the option to later change your booking date or time. When purchasing your tickets please create an account on the billing details page. This will allow you to login into your account and amend your booking date and time up to 24hrs prior to your original booking. Note: this is not a subscription to marketing, and tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Please arrive in time to enter the site within your 10 minute time slot. Please keep to your booking slot.
  • Strictly NO SMOKING 
  • Strictly NO DOGS unless assisted dogs
  • Contactless card payments and cash are acceptable
  • Portable toilets will be on site to be used. Please use hand santiser prior and post use of the toilets
  • Please be aware that the ground is uneven in places so please wear suitable footwear and take care
  • We take no responsibility for any accidental loss or damage to personal effects, or any injuries or accidents to visitors, arising from or in connection with our Pumpkin Patch event or the equipment in the field of fun
